To ensure that everyone can participate in such activities with peace of mind, we are publishing the following official guidelines.

As long as it is within the scope of these guidelines, you may create new content (hereinafter referred to as “Secondary Use”) using the “Eligible Content” below without obtaining prior individual permission, and publish the resulting content (hereinafter referred to as “Derivative Content”) on YouTube.
Additionally, you may share portions of the “Eligible Content” or “Derivative Content” on social media platforms for the purpose of directing viewers to the full content (hereinafter referred to as “Social Media Redirects”).
Examples of Secondary Use include:
- Clip compilations from the content
- Commentary or explanatory videos using scenes from the content
- English-subtitled or translated videos, etc.
1. Eligible Content
The following content is available for secondary use under these guidelines:
- Up to 4 minutes of footage from the TV anime “New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT!”(Note: When using this on YouTube, please ensure you read and comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.)
- Related content from the TV anime “New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT!” published on the YouTube channel “KADOKAWAanime”https://www.youtube.com/@KADOKAWAanime?sub_confirmation=1(This includes character illustrations, logos, etc. used in the videos or thumbnails.)
- Key visuals, character illustrations, logos, etc. published on the official website:https://newpsg.com/
The following are not included as eligible content and are therefore excluded from these guidelines:
- Any content related to “New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT!” outside of the TV anime version (including comics, light novels, films, stage plays, etc.)
- Merchandise related to “New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT!” (books, goods, etc.)
- Content that explicitly prohibits secondary use
2. Platforms Permitted for Publishing Derivative Content
- YouTube(Portions of content may be shared on platforms like X, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Nico Nico Douga, etc. for the purpose of redirecting to the eligible or derivative content on YouTube.)
Please note: Methods of publishing that require additional fees to view, such as YouTube Memberships, are not covered under these guidelines.
3. Pre-Registration of Contact Information
To publish derivative content on YouTube, you must register your contact information in advance via the following link:

Please register once per YouTube channel that will host derivative content.
You will not receive a reply to your registration, but once completed, you may proceed with publishing the derivative content.
We may contact you using your registered information if necessary (e.g., if your content violates prohibited actions mentioned later, we may contact you so that you can take corrective action to avoid potential penalties on YouTube. However, we cannot guarantee that such penalties will be avoided).
4. Credit Display

5. Monetization
To monetize derivative content, you must complete the following steps in advance:
KADOKAWA Corporation (hereafter “Content Management Entity”) holds exclusive rights for secondary use and publication of derivative content from the TV anime “New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT!,” and is designated as a YouTube Multi-Channel Network (MCN) provider.

6. About Copyright Claims
When you publish derivative content, you may receive a copyright claim notification from “KADOKAWA CORPORATION.”
This notification is automatically issued when eligible content is detected in your derivative video. It does not indicate copyright infringement.
Do not file a dispute.
You do not need to delete or unlist the video.
However, this does not apply to copyright claims issued by parties other than “KADOKAWA CORPORATION.” Please take appropriate action in such cases.
7. Prohibited Actions
When using or publishing derivative content, the following acts (including encouraging or being likely to cause such acts) are prohibited:
- Altering the meaning, intent, or facts of the content, or causing misinterpretation
- Damaging the reputation or credibility of the TV anime
- Misrepresenting content as “official” or “authorized” or creating confusion with official accounts or websites
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property or other rights
- Publishing for the purpose of promoting products or services
- Publishing to advertise yourself or third-party products/services (excluding promotion of your own YouTube channel)
- Violating laws or public morals
- Violating platform or social media terms, community guidelines, or policies
- Using third-party content (e.g., images, video, audio) without permission
- Using eligible content with little to no originality, or methods that result in near-complete episodes being published (e.g., chaining together multiple clips)
- Any use that exceeds the scope of these guidelines
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by the anime production or content management entity
If your derivative content contains third-party materials, you must obtain permission from the respective rights holders.
In cases deemed inappropriate, the anime production or content management entity may request you cease publication or social media promotion without explanation. Please comply promptly if requested.
8. Disclaimers
- If you receive complaints or claims from third parties regarding your secondary use or derivative content (including social media redirects), you must resolve the issue at your own responsibility and must not trouble the anime production or content management entity.
- Some eligible content may contain elements owned by third parties. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions. We cannot respond to inquiries about rights ownership.
- These guidelines are subject to change or termination without notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
We may be unable to respond to individual inquiries about these guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.
9. Governing Law
These guidelines shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
All disputes arising in connection with these guidelines shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. However, disputes involving residents outside Japan shall be resolved by final arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).
The place of arbitration shall be Tokyo, Japan, and the language of proceedings shall be Japanese.
