“Gundam Wing” 30th Anniversary Video Unveils New Characters and Mobile Suits Not Seen in the Original Anime — Including Wing Gundam Zero Cloaked Custom and Odin Lowe
To mark the 30th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, a brand-new key visual and a special commemorative video titled Mobile Suit Gundam Wing -Operation 30th- were released. The new artwork draws inspiration from the anime’s iconic eyecatch illustrations that aired during the original broadcast.

Directed by Toru Iwasawa—known for his work as an action director and animation director across numerous titles—the anniversary video introduces exciting new content never featured in the original series. Among the highlights are the newly designed mobile suit Wing Gundam Zero Cloaked Custom, and new characters including Odin Lowe, the mentor who taught Heero how to survive, and Meilan, who is the wife of Chang Wufei.
