Episode 13 Story

As Kowloon begins to collapse, the Generic Kowloon becomes a space where reality and illusion, past and present, intertwine. Within this labyrinth of memories, Reiko Kujirai is guided by an “unexpected presence” as she searches for Hajime Kudou.

At the end of her journey, she encounters memories of one summer from three years ago—shared between Kudou and the other Kujirai—and the repeatedly looping recollections of that season.

Facing his past, Kudou comes to terms with himself, while Reiko resolves to move forward as her “true self.” Deep within Kowloon, the two meet once more. When their emotions intersect, their love unravels all the hidden secrets.

Series Synopsis

Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgia-filled Kowloon Walled City, finds herself drawn to her senior coworker, Hajime Kudou. After realizing her feelings, she discovers an old photo revealing that Kudou once had a fiancée—who looked exactly like her.

Set in a mysteriously beautiful city, the story unfolds with hidden emotions turning into silent wishes, eventually leading to a shocking truth. As the past, present, and future intertwine, love begins to unravel the secrets hidden in Kowloon.
