The teaser promotional video (PV) for the final season of the TV anime My Hero Academia was released on June 16, offering the first look at the long-awaited concluding arc, officially titled My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON.

In the intense and gripping teaser, the climactic battle between the “Symbol of Peace” All Might and the “Demon King” All For One is powerfully depicted. Viewers are struck by the sight of the “Armored All Might,” who, despite having no Quirk, dons a powered suit and faces off against a rejuvenated All For One, who has regained the strength of his prime. The desperate clash is portrayed with overwhelming tension and emotion.

The PV also highlights the final showdown between Deku and the ultimate villain, Shigaraki. A newly recorded line from Daiki Yamashita, the voice actor of Deku, stating, “We’ll weave it together — our will. Our hope.” further intensifies the anticipation for the series’ conclusion.

My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON begins with the story from Volume 40 of the original manga. The season will depict the decisive battles between Deku and Shigaraki, as well as All Might and All For One. Set in a world where people commonly possess supernatural abilities known as “Quirks,” the story follows protagonist Izuku Midoriya (Deku), a boy born Quirkless, as he strives to become a hero who protects society from villains who misuse their powers. Together with his classmates at the prestigious U.A. High School, Deku continues to grow and face formidable challenges.

The original manga began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in July 2014 and is set to conclude in August 2024. The series has surpassed 100 million copies in circulation. The anime adaptation premiered in April 2016, followed by several feature films. The seventh season of the anime concluded in October 2024.
