The second season of the TV anime "The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses" is set to broadcast starting July 4 at 24:26 on the MBS and TBS "Super Animeism TURBO" slot. Alongside this announcement, a new PV and additional cast members have been revealed, featuring the rival characters of Familia played by Rie Takahashi, Ayana Taketatsu, Reina Ueda, Kana Hanazawa, and Yu Serizawa.

The new key visual features the characters from the cafe restaurant "Family," which appears as a rival to the cafe "Familia" where the protagonists work. The characters are portrayed by Rie Takahashi as Mao Takasaki, Ayana Taketatsu as Ririka Chiyoda, Reina Ueda as Moemi Soyaya, Kana Hanazawa as Hekiru Yoshino, and Yu Serizawa as Valentina Azuma. The series, which began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" in February 2021, is based on a manga of the same name. Set in a cafe, it tells the story of a seaside romantic comedy involving a young man and five fateful girls living together. The protagonist, Hayato Kasukabe, a prodigy who has recently passed the entrance exams for Tokyo University, returns to his grandmother's old home, "Cafe Terrace Familia," on the coast after hearing of her passing and finds himself living with five unfamiliar girls.
