Takehito Koyasu Describes Toji Fushiguro as a "Man Like a Meteor" in Jujutsu Kaisen – New Visual Released Ahead of Compilation Film
To commemorate the upcoming release of Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death – The Movie Compilation on May 30, a brand-new visual of Toji Fushiguro has been unveiled. Alongside the visual, Takehito Koyasu, who voices the character, shared an insightful comment on Toji's nature.

Koyasu reflected, “It’s a privilege to be able to relive that excitement and emotion in theaters. Toji Fushiguro feels to me like a man drawn in by gravity, like a meteor. He blazed brilliantly for a moment before burning out—such is the fleeting nature of his past.”

He added, “And perhaps that’s why I want him to remain in someone’s memory. Maybe I feel that way because I’m the one voicing this villain. He truly lived, and I hope audiences will remember him once more through this film.”

About Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen is a dark fantasy series that follows high school student Yuji Itadori, who is thrust into a world of deadly curses after the seal on a powerful cursed object is broken. Based on the manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from March 2018 to September 2024, the series has surpassed 100 million copies in circulation.
The TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021, followed by a theatrical release in December 2021 and a second season broadcast from July to December 2023. A sequel arc titled Jujutsu Kaisen: Culling Game has been officially announced.
The upcoming film is a special compilation of the five-episode “Hidden Inventory / Premature Death” arc from Season 2, which explores the past of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto during their time at Jujutsu High.
