The double-feature film “Kamen Rider Gavv & No.1 Sentai Gozyuger: W Hero Summer Movie 2025” is set to premiere on July 25. A special visual celebrating the 50th anniversary of Super Sentai has been unveiled, showcasing a stunning lineup of 50 Red Rangers from across the franchise’s history—an irresistible treat for longtime fans.

“Kamen Rider Gavv,” airing Sundays at 10:00 a.m. on TV Asahi, follows a gluttonous young man named Shoma, who comes from another world to protect people from an intelligent alien species called the Granyute. He transforms into Kamen Rider Gavv using tiny monsters known as Gochizo, which are born from sweets he eats. This summer marks Gavv’s first cinematic outing, promising a juicy and delightfully sweet movie experience.

“No.1 Sentai Gozyuger,” airing Sundays at 9:30 a.m. on TV Asahi, is the commemorative title for Super Sentai’s 50th anniversary. The story follows five outcasts who battle for powerful rings that grant any wish when gathered. Facing off against the evil army Buraidan and legendary Red Rangers, they break all the rules for an ultimate showdown. Who will become the true No.1 in this new era? The strongest heroes are here to stay, even on the big screen.

The newly released 50th anniversary visual features a grand assembly of warriors in front of Gozyu Wolf, the Red Ranger of “No.1 Sentai Gozyuger”Gozyuger. On the right side of the visual are the most recent “Reiwa era” heroes, including Kiramai Red from Mashin Sentai Kiramager, Zenkaizer from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, Don Momotaro from Avataro Sentai Donbrothers, Kuwagata Ohger from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger, and Bun Red from Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.

Centered at the bottom of the visual stands Aka Ranger from Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, surrounded by a dazzling lineup of iconic warriors from the Heisei and Showa eras.

With the tagline “FOREVER OUR HEROES,” the visual honors the eternal guardians who have stood strong from the 1975 debut of Himitsu Sentai Gorenger to today’s Number One Sentai Gozyuger. The result is a rich and spectacular design that is sure to stir the hearts of fans.

As a bonus for early moviegoers, purchasers of the second wave of advance tickets (on sale from May 30) will receive a mini-poster featuring the 50th anniversary visual. There will be three versions of the ticket cards available, each themed by the era of the Super Sentai broadcast: “Showa Ver.,” “Heisei Ver.,” and “Reiwa Ver.”
