The movie "Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan: At a Confessional", based on the original episode of Hirohiko Araki’s spin-off manga series from "JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure", has unveiled new stills ahead of its May 23 release. This film was shot entirely on location in Venice, Italy. The photos feature Rohan Kishibe (portrayed by Issey Takahashi), a popular manga artist, and Kyoka Izumi (played by Marie Iitoyo), Rohan’s free-spirited editor.

Set against the backdrop of Venice, the beautiful city of water crisscrossed by canals and gondolas, the film brings to life the legendary "Confessional" episode that laid the foundation for the manga series. Staying true to his belief that “experiences bring realism to art,” Rohan often acts on his intense curiosity, even if it leads him into danger. Meanwhile, Kyoka’s cheerful resilience as she follows Rohan’s unpredictable adventures creates a dynamic chemistry that continues to shine in this latest installment.

The newly released stills capture key moments: Rohan peering directly into the camera lens from inside a confessional booth during an interview at a church; Kyoka looking stunning in a vivid pink coat and leather gloves; and the two awaiting a famous opera performance with contrasting expressions after unexpectedly obtaining tickets.

What kind of "sinful curse story" will Rohan and Kyoka encounter in Venice? And when a “curse” disguised as happiness descends upon Rohan himself, what fate awaits him? These new shots only heighten the anticipation for the film’s release.
