The first installment of the Demon Slayer: Mugen Castle Arc movie trilogy is set to premiere on July 18. To build excitement, the anime's official X (formerly Twitter) account is running a countdown campaign. As part of the campaign, a special commemorative visual for the Tsuzumi Mansion Arc was released, marking "91 days to go" until the movie’s debut.

Alongside the announcement, it was revealed that the Tsuzumi Mansion Arc will be screened in theaters for one week only starting today.

The release of the visual has stirred nostalgia among fans online, with comments flooding in such as:

“Is this where Inosuke made his first appearance?”
“Zenitsu looked so cool back then.”
“I remember being moved to tears by the demon’s final words.”
“It’s when the Kamaboko Squad first comes together!”

About Demon Slayer: A Record-Breaking Global Phenomenon

Based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba originally ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020, selling over 150 million copies. The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a boy who joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his demon-turned sister Nezuko back into a human after their family is slaughtered by demons.

The anime adaptation began in April 2019 with Tanjiro Kamado: Unwavering Resolve Arc. This was followed by:

The upcoming Infinity Castle Arc movie trilogy will pick up directly after the final episode of the Hashira Training Arc, continuing the epic journey of Tanjiro and his comrades as they confront the ultimate enemy in a climactic showdown.
