Over the past six years, "anan" has conducted special features on the "Detective Conan" movie series, and this year is no exception with a special collaboration. The cover showcases newly drawn images of Shinichi Kudo and Kaito Kid on the front and Heiji Hattori and Kazuha Toyama on the back cover. The characters, all second-year high school students known for their exceptional talents, are dressed elegantly as if attending a prom, capturing their youthful and fresh essence in a dazzling display.

The cover stars Shinichi Kudo, an indispensable character in "Detective Conan," and Kaito Kid, the key figure in this film's plot, also known as the Phantom Thief Kid. Both are second-year high school students, with Shinichi being a high school detective with deductive abilities surpassing the police, and Kaito, a thief targeting major jewels around the world. Their overwhelming presence continues to captivate fans, and their somewhat similar moods make their dual shot a surprising but welcome feature on the cover of "anan."

The common theme for both the front and back covers is a prom, with the cover scene set in a cloakroom before heading out. In a classical Victorian space cluttered with books and accessories, Shinichi adjusts his bow tie with a dignified look, while Kaito, leaning on Shinichi's shoulder, sports a mischievous smile. It’s as if they are ready to escort the viewer, both impeccably dressed in suits.

Even before the movie's release, this cover generated comments like "Awesome!", "Shinichi and Lord Kaito look so cool~", "Buying three copies!" Following the movie release, the enthusiasm continues with remarks such as "It's super rare!", "A historic dual shot indeed...", and "Went to buy it right after watching the movie!"
