This issue's front cover illustration presents them in a cloakroom setting just before heading out, where Shinichi, adjusting his bow tie, and Kaito, resting his arm on Shinichi's shoulder with a mischievous grin, appear ready to escort the reader. On the back cover, Heiji and Kazuha strike a charming pose. Known as the high school detectives from the West, and still in a 'will-they-won't-they' phase, they bring a romantic subplot that fans adore. Since 2018, anan has annually featured the "Detective Conan" movie series. This issue, titled "Adult's Guide to Detective Conan Movie," delves deep into the relationships between Conan and Kid, as well as the Kansai duo, Heiji Hattori & Kazuha Toyama, featuring them prominently. It revisits Kid's notable appearances from his first TV anime entry to the latest movies and explores Heiji and Kazuha's characters in detail.
