Under Ninja Movie Gathers Star-Studded Cast of 13; Hollywood World Premiere Announced
Under Ninja Unveils New Ninja Stories for Modern Society
The movie Under Ninja, set to hit theaters on the 24th, held its pre-release event, titled “Ninja Classified Briefing,” in Tokyo on January 6. The event featured an impressive lineup of 13 cast members and staff, including lead actor Kento Yamazaki.
Joining Yamazaki on stage were prominent stars such as Minami Hamabe, Shotaro Mamiya, Mai Shiraishi, Chihiro Yamamoto, Ryuya Miyase, Ryotaro Sakaguchi, Shinobu Hasegawa (Sissonne), Haruka Kinami, Tsuyoshi Muro, Amane Okayama, Mitsuru Hirata, and director Yuichi Fukuda.
A Ninja Comedy-Action Fusion
This marks the third collaboration between Kento Yamazaki and director Fukuda, known for hits like Gintama and The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. Yamazaki expressed his excitement:

About the Film
Based on Kengo Hanazawa’s manga of the same name (Young Magazine, Kodansha), Under Ninja explores the hidden presence of ninjas in contemporary society. Director Yuichi Fukuda, known for his expertise in combining comedy and action, handles both the screenplay and direction of the live-action adaptation.
Yamazaki stars as Kuro Kumogakure, a low-ranking member of the secret ninja organization “NIN,” who is entrusted with a critical and mysterious mission. With a unique take on ninjas, Under Ninja promises to deliver a bold and captivating story to audiences.
