Finally encountering the Granute, Shoma and Hanto Karakida (Yusuke Hino) transform into Kamen Riders. Just then, a man in a hat (Kohei Shoji) appears. Before Gavv and Valen, the man transforms into Lage 9 and—shockingly—equips a belt of his own…!
