The production of the second season of the TV anime Red Cat Ramen has been officially announced.

The series gained attention after securing first place in the "Jump+ Serialization Battle Ranking," earning an indie serialization spot on Jump+. Later, in 2022, the series was officially serialized starting from Chapter 30 after the release of its physical manga volume. Red Cat Ramen is an unconventional workplace story following Tamako, a human protagonist who starts working at a ramen shop run entirely by cats, as she navigates her daily life with her feline colleagues.

About Red Cat Ramen

Tamako, a human who visits the ramen shop Red Cat Ramen, entirely run by cats, for a part-time job interview, openly admits she’s a dog person. Surprisingly, she is hired on the spot and is assigned the role of taking care of the cats. Through brushing their fur, she discovers their unique personalities, while the shop also showcases the intricate "human patterns" woven by its variety of customers.

The first season of the TV anime aired in July 2024.
