In the Instagram post, a caption explains, "The film takes place inside the healthy body of high school girl Niko, played by Mana Ashida," alongside an image of Satoh fully dressed in white as a white blood cell, detecting bacteria with his receptor.

The striking image of Satoh, completely covered in white from head to toe, has sparked reactions on social media, with comments such as "I can't stop laughing every time I see it," "The all-white look is terrifying," and "His appearance is perfect."

The film is based on the manga Cells at Work! by Akane Shimizu, serialized in Monthly Shonen Sirius (Kodansha), and its spinoff Cells at Work! BLACK by Shigemitsu Harada, Issei Hatsuyoshiya, and Akane Shimizu, serialized in Morning (Kodansha). The story, set inside the human body, depicts the "smallest story in the world" on an epic scale, combining the human world with the largest cinematic scope in Japanese film history.
