Nanahoshi suddenly coughs up blood and collapses at Chaos Breaker. The cause turns out to be Dryne Syndrome, a disease that was thought to have been eradicated 7,000 years ago. As Nanahoshi falls into despair, Rudeus offers Perugius his help to save her. He then sets out to search for someone who might possess knowledge about Dryne Syndrome...
