BanG Dream! Yume∞mita Episode 1 Story & Preview Cuts Released: Mugendai MewType Takes Center Stage

The story and preview images for Episode 1 of the TV anime BanG Dream! Yume∞mita (JP: バンドリ！ ゆめ∞みた) have been revealed. This episode will air on Thursday, July 2 at 11:00 PM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Band activities that begin out of nowhere.
There is a reason for wanting to escape from "singing."
Even so, the story relentlessly begins to move.

Introducton

A next-generation girls band project where characters and live performances link together. It develops media mix content across anime, games, and real live concerts. The cast members of the bands appearing in the story, such as Poppin'Party, Roselia, Morfonica, RAISE A SUILEN, MyGO!!!!!, Ave Mujica, and Mugendai MewType, actually form bands and actively perform live with real instruments.

BanG Dream!, which celebrated its 11th anniversary on February 28, 2026, is currently streaming the mini-anime "Ganso! BanG Dream-chan," consisting of 52 episodes in total, over the course of a year. The TV anime "BanG Dream! Yume∞mita," featuring Mugendai MewType as the main characters, is scheduled to broadcast starting Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00 PM (JST), with the first broadcast airing episodes #1 to #3 all at once.

Furthermore, in the fall of 2026, the new movie "BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora," which serves as a sequel to the TV animes "BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!" and "BanG Dream! Ave Mujica," is scheduled for release. A sequel TV anime for the same series is also planned to broadcast in January 2027. Additionally, the release of the new mobile game "BanG Dream! Our Notes" is on the horizon, as the project continues to expand in various directions beyond its 10th anniversary.
