Detective Conan and Detective Precure! Unusual Crossover Episode Airs Today, Preview Images Reveal Cure Answer and Her Civilian Form

Detective Conan and Detective Precure! are joining forces in a rare crossover event, with the special episode "The Perfect Truth Answer" airing today, August 6. The synopsis and advance scene cuts have also been released.

The collaboration began with Edogawa Conan appearing in the May 31 episode of Detective Precure!, followed by Cure Answer making a guest appearance in today's episode of Detective Conan. The crossover brings together two detective themed anime series produced by different broadcasters and animation studios, creating a unique collaboration that crosses traditional franchise boundaries.

Detective Conan and Detective Precure! Team Up

Today's special Detective Conan episode, "The Perfect Truth Answer," follows the Junior Detective League as they work to solve a series of jewel theft cases.

After learning about a string of jewel robberies occurring throughout Beika Town, Ayumi Yoshida becomes excited when she connects the incidents to the storyline of her favorite anime, Precure. Convinced that the appearance of a thief gang could lead to meeting the Precure heroes, she eagerly joins the investigation.

When Hosho Jewelry Store is rumored to be the criminals' next target, Conan and the Junior Detective League volunteer to help with security. By tracking a suspicious customer, they discover both the planned date of the crime and the gang's hideout. Although the police appear to have successfully arrested the entire group, Ayumi notices something that does not quite add up, leading to a new mystery.

Preview Images Feature Cure Answer and Anna Akechi

The newly released preview images show Cure Answer fighting alongside Conan, highlighting the special crossover between the two detective heroes.

Fans can also see Anna Akechi in her civilian form before transforming into Cure Answer, offering a rare look at the character outside of her Precure identity.

The episode marks a historic collaboration between Detective Conan and Detective Precure!, bringing together beloved characters from two different anime worlds for a one of a kind mystery adventure.
