Episode 18 Story
Will finally sets foot inside the Tower where Elfaria awaits. His initial excitement at seeing the Colorless Garden, the city spreading across the First Tier, is short lived. The Kaisai begins, a ritual where the various factions within the Tower bestow the Blessing of Colors.
Those who received scouts during their time at the academy see their Colorless Gloria robes dyed in the colors of their respective factions through this blessing. However, Will and Julius, who received no scouts, remain colorless. Faced with the reality that mages unable to join a faction must spend their lives as mere cogs supporting the Tower, Will and the others must decide their next move.
