Episode 2

Lacking the courage to confess my feelings to my childhood friend, Marika, I made a powerful wish upon a shooting star. Suddenly, I became able to see "affection meters" above the heads of all the girls in my class.

While bewildered by this surreal sight, I looked at Marika, only to find her meter had plummeted into a murky, broken state far below the lower limit.
