PUMA × Pokémon Collaboration Launches Playful Tribute Collection Featuring Iconic Pokémon

PUMA × Pokémon collaboration celebrates the Pokémon 30th anniversary with a stylish collection blending sportswear and iconic characters. PUMA Japan has announced the release of the “PUMA × Pokémon” collection in partnership with The Pokémon Company International, launching on April 2 at 10:00 AM.

A Fusion of Pokémon World and PUMA Sports Style

Under the concept “Into Another World,” the collection combines the imaginative universe of Pokémon with PUMA’s sportswear heritage. The campaign highlights the contrast between Espeon, known as the Sun Pokémon, and Umbreon, the Moonlight Pokémon, expressing a duality of day and night through design.

Sports inspired elements are also incorporated, including PUMATECH X tracksuits and oversized jerseys with uniform style numbering that evokes Espeon and Umbreon.

Apparel with Clean Graphics and Modern Silhouettes

The lineup includes relaxed daily wear such as T shirts, hoodies, and shorts, all featuring clean graphics created specifically for this collection. The designs emphasize simplicity and refinement while maintaining a playful connection to Pokémon.

Footwear and Accessories Inspired by Day and Night

The footwear lineup is based on models such as MOSTRO and FADE NITRO TM, featuring special colorways inspired by daytime and nighttime themes. Each pair includes custom hangtags and subtle yet expressive Pokémon details.

Accessories such as caps and sacoche bags are also available, expanding the collection into functional items suitable for Pokémon trainers of all generations.

A Collection for All Generations of Pokémon Fans

Since its debut in 1996, Pokémon has captured audiences worldwide. This collection reflects that legacy with designs enjoyable for both adults and children. Playful tributes to popular Pokémon including Pikachu, Mimikyu, Espeon, and Umbreon are incorporated throughout.

Additionally, a special model from PUMA HOOPS is included. Based on the performance basketball shoe PUMA ALLPRO NITRO TM, the design features a vibrant yellow color inspired by Pikachu, along with lightning motifs and exclusive detailing.

The PUMA × Pokémon collection will be available at PUMA Store Harajuku Cat Street in Tokyo, PUMA Store Osaka, PUMA Store Kyoto, the official PUMA online store, the PUMA app, and select retailers.
