First PV Released for the "Jujutsu Kaisen" Exhibition: The "0.2 Seconds" of New Information Released by Satoru Gojo Is Not Immediately Clear

A large-scale exhibition unraveling the "creative secrets" of the manga "Jujutsu Kaisen," titled the "Gege Akutami 'Jujutsu Kaisen' Exhibition," will be held at Hikarie Hall inside Shibuya Hikarie in Tokyo from July 6 to August 27. In celebration of this event, the first promotional video (PV) has been released.

The video allows viewers to experience the exhibition's "0.2-second" PR moment released by Satoru Gojo, including a glimpse of the new information unveiled alongside Gojo's voice.

The exhibition's tickets are to be sold in timed-entry slots, with sales planned in three phases: "Premiere Advance Sale," "First Half," and "Second Half." For some dates, a lottery system will be implemented in advance. The "Premiere Advance Sale," offering the earliest opportunity to attend the exhibition, will start accepting lottery entries from 10:00 a.m. on April 6, with the event also set to take place in Osaka in the spring of 2025. Ticket prices are 2,000 yen for adults, 1,500 yen for junior and senior high school students, 1,000 yen for children aged 4 to elementary school students, and 4,200 yen for tickets with merchandise included. The merchandise-included tickets come with a choice of one out of two acrylic dioramas featuring either the "Unlimited Void" or the "Cursed Womb: Death Painting," which attendees can select when purchasing their ticket.

Highlights of the exhibition include a comprehensive unveiling of the digital creation process of "Jujutsu Kaisen," complete with commentary from the author. It will showcase how the story, characters, and illustrations were conceived, evolved, and reached new heights. Drafts and sketches before the final manuscript will also be generously displayed. "Jujutsu Kaisen," which started serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in March 2018, is a dark fantasy where high school student Yuji Itadori steps into the world of battles revolving around a powerful "Cursed Object" whose seal has been broken. The comics have surpassed a total circulation of 90 million copies. The TV anime aired from October 2020 to March 2021, gaining popularity, followed by a movie in December 2021, and the second season of the TV anime aired from July to December 2023. Additionally, a sequel, "Jujutsu Kaisen: Shibuya Incident," is in production.
