This arc represents the ultimate climax of the series, bringing the grand tale of the northern lands and the hunt for hidden gold to its conclusion. Alongside the announcement, a teaser visual has been released, depicting a runaway train that signals the beginning of the final battle and draws powerful figures into a descent toward chaos.

Story Set in Meiji Era Hokkaido

Set in Hokkaido during the Meiji era, the story follows Saichi Sugimoto, a former soldier who survived the brutal Russo-Japanese War. In pursuit of a hidden Ainu treasure, he joins forces with an Ainu girl named Asirpa. Together, they embark on a perilous journey driven by the dream of striking it rich.

A Critically Acclaimed Manga Adaptation

The original manga was serialized in Weekly Young Jump from 2014 to 2022 and gained widespread popularity, earning numerous awards including the Manga Taisho 2016. The series has surpassed 30 million copies in circulation.
