In the anime movie "Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction" (abbreviated as Dededede, with the first part currently released and the second part scheduled for release on May 24), singer-songwriter Ikuta Rira and artist-cum-talent Ano serve as the double leads. For both, making their debut as voice actors in leading roles, we heard their first impressions of each other and their thoughts on the theme songs for the first and second parts of the film, each primarily produced by one with the other featuring.

Ikuta plays the role of a high school girl who adores the national manga "Isobe-san" and harbors feelings for her homeroom teacher Watarase, while Ano, making her voice acting debut, plays the role of Kawamon, a high school girl who has been best friends with Ikuta's character since elementary school and is a war game otaku, leading to her routinely suffering from lack of sleep.

---How did you feel when you were chosen to voice act in this film as double leads?

Ano: I was genuinely happy to be chosen myself, and learning that I would be co-starring with Ikuta-san made me see the potential in two artists leading. I was looking forward to the synergy we could create, including with the theme song.

Ikuta: I was truly happy when I was chosen, feeling a mix of responsibility and excitement about being a lead. Hearing that I would be double leading with Ano-chan, and considering neither of us had much experience in voice acting, I thought we should join hands and throw our whole selves into it.
