The manga Kagurabachi is introducing its first UNION ARENA cards as bonus items in three Shueisha magazines in Japan. The cards will be included in the January issue of Saikyo Jump released on December 4, the February extra large issue of V Jump released on December 19, and the Shonen Jump GIGA 2026 WINTER issue scheduled for release on January 5, 2026. This marks the first time that Kagurabachi has been adapted into UNION ARENA card form. All illustrations used for the cards are taken directly from the original manga, allowing the game to faithfully recreate the atmosphere of the story. UNION ARENA is a unified-rule trading card game where characters from various popular titles can battle under a single rule set. Now in its two and a half year since launch, the number of participating titles has exceeded fifty, including those planned for future release.

Kagurabachi follows Chihiro, a young boy aspiring to become a swordsmith. After his father is killed, Chihiro resolves to take revenge, engaging in intense Japanese sword battles. Trained daily under his swordsmith father, he believed the days filled with laughter would continue forever. However, tragedy strikes, and driven by hatred, he kindles a flame of determination within his heart. The series began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2023 and is author Takeru Hokazono’s first serialized work.
