The latest entry in the Super Sentai series, Number One Sentai Gozyuger (airs every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on TV Asahi), has finally released the synopsis for Episode 38, “Judgment: Ring Hunter.”

Why did Kuon (Karuma) become a Ring Hunter in the first place? A man named Iwao Momiji, who knows the secret behind this mystery, appears before him. To Kuon, Momiji is a benefactor — someone who cared for him and Hoeru Tono (Mio Fuyuno) when they were children in No One World. Now reborn as a warrior of the rings, Momiji confronts Kuon, and the two clash fiercely with their rings on the line.

Meanwhile, as Gozyuger comes across Kuon and Momiji’s battle, they are suddenly attacked by Ribbon (voiced by Mariya Ise). Ribbon not only traps Gozyuger and Momiji, but also Kuon himself inside a mysterious prison. Forced into captivity together, Gozyuger and Kuon must cooperate in order to escape… but what awaits them?

Episode 38 is scheduled to air on the 16th, but due to various circumstances, no next-episode preview aired after the broadcast on the 9th. Fans had been anxiously waiting, and with the synopsis finally revealed, many took to X to express their relief and gratitude, posting messages such as:
