New Anime “Ghost Concert: Missing Songs” Announced for 2026: From the Team Behind Symphogear
Following the Symphogear series, known for its fierce battles and powerful songs, Aria Entertainment has announced a new entry in the “Song Battle Series”: Ghost Concert. The upcoming TV anime Ghost Concert: Missing Songs is set to air in 2026, with all music produced by the renowned group Elements Garden.

Set in the year 2045, when singing is forbidden, the story unfolds around music that transcends life and death. Animation production is handled by ENGI. Minori Fujidera will voice the protagonist, Seria Aiba, while Rina Hidaka will portray Cleopatra, one of the “Great Ghosts” — legendary figures who manifest from beyond this world — and Seria’s first duet partner in the anime.

The series is directed, written, and composed by Masato Jinbo (The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie, Restaurant to Another World), with character design by Masaaki Uikawa (Unnamed Memory).

A teaser visual depicting Seria and the ghost Cleopatra has been released, along with a teaser PV introducing the song “RES∞NALIST,” one of the key in-story tracks known as “Hyoui Chinkonka(憑依鎮魂歌, Possession Requiem.)” The duet captures the emotional essence of the world where music is both forbidden and divine.
