‘The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You’ Season 3 Announced — Two New Girlfriends Join Rentaro’s Ever-Growing Family
The third season of the TV anime The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You (commonly known as 100 Girlfriends) has been officially confirmed. The new season is set to air in 2026, accompanied by the release of a teaser visual and an announcement PV.

The romantic comedy follows Rentaro Aijo, a boy who was rejected by 100 girls in middle school. Hoping for better luck in high school, he prays at a shrine, where the God of Love tells him that he will meet 100 destined soulmates. However, if he fails to love any one of them in return, she will die. What unfolds is a series of chaotic yet heartwarming romances as Rentaro devotes himself to every single girlfriend fated to love him.

Season 3 carries the catchphrase “Daisuki ∞ Infinity,” introducing two new girlfriends — Chiyo Iin, Rentaro’s cousin and the responsible class representative of the first-year middle school class, and Nadie, an energetic and free-spirited Japanese language teacher with an American flair who speaks in her unique “Nadie language.” The teaser visual features all 13 heroines in special outfits surrounding Rentaro in a dynamic composition that bursts with love and energy.

A special production announcement PV is also available on YouTube, featuring Karane’s signature tsundere lines. In addition, a live broadcast of the radio program 100Kano RADIO will air on October 20 at 10 p.m. JST, with voice actor Wataru Kato (Rentaro Aijo) joining as a guest. The show’s hosts, Kaede Hondo (Hakari Hanazono) and Miyu Tomita (Karane Inda), will read live comments posted with the hashtag #ラジオ100カノ.

The anime’s third season will once again feature Hikaru Sato as director, Takashi Aoshima as series composer, and Akane Yano as character designer. Animation production will be handled by Bibury Animation Studios. Seasons 1 and 2 are available on various streaming platforms, and Volume 5 of the Season 2 Blu-ray is currently on sale.

The anime is based on the manga by Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa, serialized in Weekly Young Jump (Shueisha). The manga has been collected into 23 volumes to date, with a novel adaptation also in publication.
