First serialized in Weekly Shonen Champion in 1991, the Baki series has remained one of Japan’s most iconic fighting manga for over three decades. An upcoming anime adaptation of Baki-Dou, produced by TMS Entertainment, is slated for a global Netflix exclusive release in 2026, following its announcement in September 2025.

The new teaser was first revealed during the panel “Beyond Baki: Cosplay, Editing & New Challenges” at New York Comic Con 2025 (held from October 9 to 12), where the commemorative logo was also introduced. The panel confirmed that multiple anniversary projects are currently in development.

The teaser visual captures Baki looking sideways toward his father Yujiro, both rendered with sharp, disciplined expressions that hint at the fierce confrontations yet to come.
