The final chapter of the TV anime Fire Force Season 3 Cour 2 is set to premiere on January 9, 2026. Episodes will air every Friday at 1:53 a.m. on the MBS, TBS, and CBC “Animeism” programming block. Alongside the announcement, a new key visual has been released.

The visual depicts Shinra Kusakabe, the “Hero,” and Arthur Boyle, the self-proclaimed “King of Knights,” standing together against the fiery backdrop of the Tokyo Empire engulfed in the “Great Cataclysm.”

Set in a world under the Solar Era 198, Fire Force tells the story of spontaneous human combustion, a phenomenon that turns people into destructive fire monsters known as Infernals. The series follows protagonist Shinra Kusakabe and his comrades of the Special Fire Force as they battle these monsters and uncover the mystery behind human combustion in this dark battle fantasy.

The original manga, serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2015 to 2022, has surpassed 20 million copies in circulation. The first season aired from July to December 2019, followed by the second from July to December 2020, and the third season’s first cour aired from April to June 2025.
