Since its debut, the video has ignited social media, with fans raving, “It’s insanely addictive,” “I can’t stop watching,” “Gave me chills—it’s god-tier,” and “Dancing Pochita is too cute.” Set to Kenshi Yonezu’s theme song IRIS OUT, the sequence vividly captures the charming everyday lives of Denji and his friends, intertwined with the unpredictable chaos that looms ahead.
The opening begins with a playful look at Denji, Aki, and Power’s morning routine as they prepare for work. The hectic yet humorous start to their day at the Hayakawa residence contrasts beautifully with Makima’s calm and graceful morning, depicted in a surreal yet endearing rhythm synced perfectly to Yonezu’s music. Viewers can also catch a glimpse of Reze, the film’s central heroine, quietly working part-time at Café Futamichi—a simple yet symbolic moment hinting at the story to come.
The sequence has also drawn attention for its delightful choreography, as Denji and the others dance to the beat of IRIS OUT. Fans have praised the scene’s creativity and emotional undertones, calling it “a perfect blend of humor and foreshadowing.”

With only 700 million yen ($4.7 million) remaining to reach that milestone, the movie is expected to surpass it next week, far exceeding initial expectations.
