The popular anime SPY×FAMILY Season 3 will begin airing on October 4 at 11:00 p.m. on the TV Tokyo network and other channels. The ending theme song is "Actor" by Lilas Ikuta, and a new trailer with the song has been released.

Ikuta shared her thoughts on the song:

"I wrote a new song called 'Actor.' I believe that everyone has a role in their daily lives. The people who matter most are at the heart of these efforts. I hope this song brings comfort to the Forger family and their loved ones."

SPY×FAMILY is a spy action comedy that follows the life of skilled agent Loid Forger, who creates a make-believe family for the sake of a secret mission. His adopted daughter Anya is a telepath, while his contract wife Yor lives a double life as an assassin. The original manga has been serialized on the Shonen Jump+ app since March 2019 and has surpassed 38 million copies in circulation.

The first part of the anime series was shown from April to June 2022, and the second part was shown from October to December 2022. Season 2 aired from October to December 2023, and the franchise also saw the release of a feature film in December 2023. This feature film became a box office hit, earning 6.26 billion yen.
