Wonjungyo Teams Up with Chibi Maruko-chan for Retro-Inspired Limited Edition Cosmetics

Korean makeup artist Won Jung-yo’s cosmetics brand Wonjungyo is launching its first collaboration with the beloved anime Chibi Maruko-chan. Starting September 19, four popular items will be available in limited-edition packaging featuring retro and playful designs. The lineup includes skincare and makeup products, as well as a new exclusive lip tint color inspired by Maruko’s signature pleated skirt.

What’s in the Wonjungyo × Chibi Maruko-chan Lineup?

The collaboration features four items, each redesigned with nostalgic and charming motifs from Chibi Maruko-chan. From skincare, the Medicated Moist Up Ready Skin Pack offers targeted treatment before makeup. Base makeup items include the Aqua Glue Primer, designed for long-lasting foundation hold, and the Airy Filter Pact, which provides a smooth, matte finish. All products are adorned with classic character illustrations, pink check patterns, and retro styling unique to the world of Chibi Maruko-chan.

A New Tint Inspired by Maruko’s Pleated Skirt

As part of the limited-edition release, Wonjungyo introduces a new Candy Glow Tint shade: 102 Dusty Ribbon. The color is a muted red inspired by Maruko’s iconic pleated skirt, designed to complement autumn looks with a chic, subdued tone.
