The anime Jujutsu Kaisen will celebrate its 5th anniversary with a special program streaming on the TOHO animation YouTube channel at 8:30 p.m. on August 31. Alongside the announcement, animation studio MAPPA has revealed the first installment of a brand-new 5th anniversary visual and an official anniversary logo.

Marking the milestone since the first episode of the TV anime aired on October 3, 2020, this commemorative special will feature Junya Enoki (voice of Yuji Itadori), Yuma Uchida (voice of Megumi Fushiguro), and Asami Seto (voice of Nobara Kugisaki). The program will look back on the history of the anime, spotlight the mobile game Phantom Parade, and present five major announcements in honor of the 5th anniversary. These will include the latest updates on the Culling Game Arc, a new key visual for the upcoming story, fresh video footage, and more exclusive content.

To further celebrate the occasion, MAPPA has created a special 5th anniversary visual depicting Yuji Itadori, fellow Tokyo Jujutsu High students, Satoru Gojo, Kento Nanami, as well as students from Kyoto Jujutsu High. The illustration captures a festive, toast-raising atmosphere where each character’s personality shines.
