The story and preview stills for Episode 5 of the anime Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze (JP: 帝乃三姉妹は案外、チョロい。, Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi) have been released. The episode will air in Japan on Thursday, July 31 at 12:30 AM JST, and will be available on various global streaming platforms soon after.

Episode 5 Story

After bonding through the night cherry blossom festival, the three Mikadono sisters return home—only to be scolded by their father for attending. “There’s no place for sentimentality in the Mikadono household!” he declares. In response, the sisters attempt to revert to their pre-Yuu Ayase lives, but each seems weighed down by a quiet loneliness. Meanwhile, Yuu also reflects on whether his dream of a happy family was selfish. However, he recalls that it was his genius mother who wished most deeply for a loving household—and he decides to take action in her spirit.

Introduction

Yuu Ayase, the son of a beloved national actress known for her talents in academics, athletics, and the arts, loses his mother and is taken in by the prestigious Teino family. There, he begins living under the same roof as the Mikadono’s Three sisters—each reigning at the top of their respective fields at an elite academy and collectively known as the “Three Emperors.” This is the story of how Yuu and the three prodigious sisters gradually grow from strangers into something resembling a true family.
