A cat-loving amnesiac named Kunagi collapses and is rescued by fellow cat lovers Gaku and Kaoru, who take him in and give him a job at their sibling-run cat café, “Megokoro Neko-me.” One day, a regular customer at the café suddenly transforms into an adorable cat. A mysterious phenomenon called the “Nyandemic”—where touching a cat turns people into cats—spreads simultaneously across the globe, plunging the city into utter chaos!
