The second season of the TV anime Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian (JP: 時々ボソッとロシア語でデレる隣のアーリャさん)—commonly known as “Roshidere”—is officially set to air in 2026. Alongside the announcement, the first teaser visual has also been released.

Roshidere follows the romantic comedy between Masachika Kuze and Alya, the beautiful girl who sits next to him in class. Though Alya usually gives him the cold shoulder, she occasionally lets slip affectionate remarks in Russian—assuming he doesn't understand. But Masachika is fluent, secretly savoring her every sweet word while pretending not to notice. Their tension-filled yet heartwarming interactions have captivated fans.

Happy 1st anniversary to the broadcast of Roshidere Season 1! I’m thrilled to be able to share this great news about Season 2 at such a perfect time. I personally have so many favorite scenes I hope to see animated, so I can’t wait!
