Starting June 27, Kura Sushi is launching a limited-time collaboration with the hugely popular Japanese character franchise Chiikawa. Fans will be treated to two exclusive themed dishes, original Bikkura Pon! prizes, and limited-edition merchandise, all available only at Kura Sushi locations in Japan. This special summer event brings the whimsical world of Chiikawa into the sushi dining experience, combining food, fun, and fandom in a uniquely immersive campaign.
One of the collaboration's highlights is the introduction of two new Chiikawa-inspired menu items: “Sushi Chazuke from the Infinite White Rice Spring” and “Victory Reward Pouch Udon.” Each dish is designed to reflect key scenes and motifs from the anime series, complete with Kura Sushi’s signature dashi broth made fresh daily from kombu and bonito.
Two Dishes Inspired by Chiikawa's World
Sushi Chazuke from the Infinite White Rice Spring – ¥480
Available: June 27 – August 6, 2025 (Dine-in only)
This playful dish recreates a moment from Episode 12 where Hachiware spills sushi and accidentally invents “sushi chazuke.” Served in a bowl modeled after the “Infinite White Rice Spring,” the dish features tamago, tuna, salmon, and ikura, topped with hot house-made dashi.

Victory Reward Pouch Udon – ¥530
Available: June 27 – August 6, 2025 (Dine-in only)
Inspired by the reward bags given after defeating a “target enemy,” this udon dish features a flavorful mochi pouch soaking in savory broth. Each order comes with a random collectible card (8 types total) with space on the back to write your own “Goals to Try” list.
