Rakia Amarga (Kohei Shoji) becomes convinced that Ripper from Granute is the one responsible for the death of his younger brother Comel. Faced with this shocking truth, Rakia loses himself in anger, ignoring the attempts of Hanto Karakida (Yusuke Hino) to stop him. Meanwhile, Shoma Stomach (Hidekazu Chinen) is invited by Rizel (Erena Kamata) to spend time together.

Uncertain of Rizel's true intentions, Shoma reluctantly agrees to accompany her. At the same time, Nyelv Stomach (Ryo Takizawa), who is also Shoma’s older brother, arrives at the cave of Dente Stomach (voiced by Yohei Tadano), Shoma’s great-uncle and ally. What will Nyelv say to Dente...?
