Branded a Paradox—a transgressor of divine law—for defying the Divine Word, Belle Lablac suffers a crushing defeat as her sword is broken by Adonis Kuestion. Imprisoned alongside Guinness and Benedictine, Belle is deeply shaken by the twisted fate of her once-reliable companion, the Runding. Meanwhile, Adonis cunningly manipulates Gaf Shandy and Sherry for his own secretive agenda. At the same time, within the prison walls, Guinness, too, receives a mysterious revelation.
