Girls Band Cry is an original anime series produced by Toei Animation that aired from April to June 2024. The story follows Nina Iseri, a girl who stumbles in life and drops out of high school. In Tokyo, she meets kindred spirits—Momoka Kawaragi, Subaru Awa, Tomo Ebizuka, and Rupa. Together, they form the band “Togenashi Togeari,” facing their pasts and carving out new futures through music.
The compilation film will restructure all 13 episodes of the original TV series into two feature-length parts, enhanced with newly animated scenes.
