Sanrio has announced special commemorative items celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 2025 Sanrio Character Ranking, available nationwide in Sanrio shops, Sanrio corners in department stores, and the Sanrio Online Shop from April 10, divided into four phases.

First Release: Embroidered Keychains and Secret Items Featuring Popular Characters

The first set of commemorative goods, launching April 10, includes an extensive range of characters:

Embroidered Patch Keychains (40 types): Keychains featuring embroidered designs showcasing a diverse array of Sanrio characters.
Secret Name Badge Pins (30 types): Mystery acrylic badges with replaceable name-card inserts, perfect for fans to express their devotion.
Secret Rubber Mirror Keychains (30 types): Small-sized rubber mirrors, ideal for carrying conveniently and adding cute flair to bags and personal items.

Second Release: Adorable "I♥ME Series Part 1" Plushies and Charms Arriving April 16

The second release, titled "I♥ME Series Part 1," features Sanrio favorites such as Hello Kitty, Pompompurin, Pochacco, and Tuxedosam, available as:

Plushies (10 types): Featuring lovable designs where characters hug miniature versions of themselves, embodying the "I♥ME" concept of self-love.

Secret Charms (10 types): Matching collectible charms complementing the plushies.

Custom Keychains (10 types): Personalized keychains to further showcase fan devotion.

On May 14, "I♥ME Series Part 2" will introduce similar items with beloved characters including My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, Wish Me Mell, Hanamaru Obake, and Little Forest Fellow. Details for the third and fourth releases will be announced soon on Sanrio’s official portal site.

Collect Digital Character Cards through Sanrio+ App

Fans can also receive special "Digital Character Cards" (90 types) through the Sanrio+ app by exchanging accumulated Smile points from shopping or check-ins. Trading 100 Smiles for two voting coupons rewards users with one randomly selected digital card featuring designs inspired by this year's Sanrio Character Ranking theme. Details will be announced mid-April on Sanrio’s official website.
