Armor and costumes from the internationally acclaimed drama series SHOGUN, starring and produced by Hiroyuki Sanada, will be showcased for the first time in Japan. This limited-time exhibit is scheduled for the first eight days of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, from April 13 to April 20, 2025.

"SHOGUN" Dominates Global Awards, Securing Historic Emmy and Golden Globe Victories
SHOGUN, produced by Disney-owned FX and exclusively available on Disney+, swept major global awards, including an unprecedented 18 wins at the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards and four trophies at the 82nd Golden Globe Awards, accumulating a remarkable total of 90 awards. The series, starring acclaimed Japanese actors such as Hiroyuki Sanada, Anna Sawai, and Tadanobu Asano, sparked immense interest and pride in Japan with historic wins across multiple acting categories.
Since its premiere last February, the series immediately captivated critics, earning a 99% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It also ranked as the most-watched series on Disney+ Japan for 2024.
