A Legendary Collaboration of Iconic Glasses-Wearing Characters

This special crossover celebrates two major milestones—the upcoming 25th anniversary of the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone film in winter 2025 and the 30th anniversary of the Detective Conan manga, which was marked last year. Following the reveal of the "Ultimate Glasses-Wearing Boys" collaboration visual, Aoyama’s unique illustration of Harry Potter has now been released. Accompanying the artwork is a handwritten message from Aoyama that reads, "Conan × Harry Potter, hope you enjoy!"

Fan Art Campaign with Gosho Aoyama as a Judge

To further celebrate the collaboration, a Harry Potter × Detective Conan fan art campaign is being held. Aoyama, a self-proclaimed Harry Potter fan, will serve as one of the judges. Fans can enter by simply following and reposting on social media, with a chance to win exclusive Detective Conan and Harry Potter merchandise through a lottery-style giveaway.

About Detective Conan

Detective Conan follows the story of high school detective Shinichi Kudo, who is transformed into a child after being poisoned by a mysterious black-clad organization. Taking on the alias Conan Edogawa, he continues solving difficult cases while searching for a way to regain his original form and uncovering the secrets of the organization.

Since its serialization began in Weekly Shonen Sunday in 1994, the series has expanded into an anime adaptation in 1996 and a theatrical film franchise starting in 1997. Today, Detective Conan remains one of Japan’s most beloved and enduring franchises.
