On December 21, Takara Tomy announced the release of the Demon Slayer × Licca-chan DX Haori Set, a collaboration between the iconic dress-up doll Licca-chan and the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Scheduled for made-to-order production, the set will be available in early July 2025. Licca-chan transforms into a Demon Slayer Corps member, donning haori inspired by Demon Slayer characters.

The Demon Slayer × Licca-chan DX Haori Set is a doll set that allows fans to enjoy dressing Licca-chan in outfits inspired by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba characters. This is the second collaboration between Licca-chan and Demon Slayer, following the first set released in May 2021, which featured the Demon Slayer Nezuko Kamado × Licca-chan and Demon Slayer Tanjiro Kamado × Haruto-kun dolls.

This collaboration was developed with the concept of enjoying the unique "dress-up" element that Licca-chan offers.

The Corps uniforms feature the kanji for "Destroy" (滅) emblazoned on the back. Special attention was given to the silhouette and functionality of the pants to ensure both aesthetics and playability. The set includes seven haori designs inspired by characters Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kocho, Kyojuro Rengoku, Obanai Iguro, and Gyomei Himejima, allowing for a variety of dress-up options.

Each haori reflects the unique personality of the character it represents, such as Gyomei Himejima's oversized haori and Obanai Iguro's long-sleeved design, embodying the world of the anime. Tanjiro Kamado’s footwear is represented by a boots-style combination of leggings and sandals, with interchangeable foot covers provided for each character. When switching foot covers, traditional sandals included in the set can be used. Additionally, Shinobu Kocho's signature butterfly hairpin is also included.

Priced at 19,800 yen, preorders will be open on the Takara Tomy Mall official website until January 31, 2025. The set will be made to order and released in early July 2025.
