The virtual singer Hatsune Miku is announced to perform at the "Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2024," one of the world's largest music festivals held in Indio, California (April 12–14 / 19–21). Although her appearance was initially announced for 2020, the performance was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, making this a much-anticipated first appearance after four years. She is scheduled to perform on the 12th and 19th of April, over two consecutive weeks.

"Coachella," a world-renowned music festival, draws over 100,000 attendees daily. Hatsune Miku’s schedule for the first week has been announced as from 9:50 PM to 10:40 PM local time on April 12th. In addition to planned YouTube streaming, original merchandise commemorating Miku's Coachella debut is being produced, with details to be released on Hatsune Miku's official English X account. Prior to Hatsune Miku, YOASOBI is set to perform (8:20 PM–9:05 PM).

Currently, Hatsune Miku is on the "HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 2024 North America" tour. This world tour includes stops in 17 cities across three countries in North America, including the United States, with performances already concluded in Vancouver, Portland, and San Jose as of today, April 10th. Additionally, the "HATSUNE MIKU EXPO 2024 EUROPE" tour, covering six cities in Europe, has been confirmed to start in October.
