To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the "Monster Hunter" series in March 2024, cute new illustrations featuring Sanrio characters dressed as "Monster Hunter" monsters have been unveiled. These illustrations will be featured in merchandise available for pre-sale at the "Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary - Great Hunt Exhibition."

The "Monster Hunter" series has had various collaborations with Sanrio characters, both in merchandise and in-game events. To commemorate the 20th anniversary, new illustrations of Sanrio characters dressed as "Monster Hunter" monsters have been created. The merchandise featuring these illustrations will be announced on the official website and X (formerly Twitter) as needed. Additionally, pre-sale of the merchandise will start at the "Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary - Great Hunt Exhibition," beginning July 19.
