The new chapter "Terastal Debut" of the popular anime "Pokémon" will start broadcasting from April 12th. In commemoration, new character & cast information has been announced.

The Elite Four cast was revealed to be Mitsuki Saiga as Chili, Miria Takagishi as Poppy, Kōsuke Toriumi as Aoki, and Ryōtarō Okiayu as Hassel. Along with this announcement, a comment video and a video featuring the character voices were released.

In the new chapter, as Rico and others go on an exchange to the Orange Academy to master "Terastal," how will they interact with the new characters? Rico and Roy's Terastal debut will be depicted.

The current new series has shifted from the protagonist Satoshi & Pikachu to a story about finding something important through the adventures of dual protagonists Rico and Roy, set in the vast Pokémon world. Rico and Roy embark on adventures with many Pokémon, including Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.

Comments from the Cast Mitsuki Saiga (as Chili):

"I'm Mitsuki Saiga, and I'll be playing Chili, one of the Elite Four. My first impression of her was that she's a very cool big sister, but I found her spirited nature and how she involves those around her to be very appealing. I'm really enjoying playing her, and I think everyone will soon meet Chili, so please look forward to her debut!"

Miria Takagishi (as Poppy):

"When I was cast as Poppy, I thought, 'Is this a dream!?' I was shocked that such a young character like Poppy could be one of the Elite Four! I'm thrilled to be given the opportunity to voice her in the anime. I want to cherish her strength and cuteness so that everyone will love her."

Kōsuke Toriumi (as Aoki):

"I'm Kōsuke Toriumi, voicing Aoki, a salaryman of the modern era and one of the Elite Four. There was a scene in episode 18 where he was silently eating, but I've heard there are many fans eagerly awaiting his return. Will he speak this time...!? (laughs) I hope to live up to and exceed everyone's expectations for Aoki."

Ryōtarō Okiayu (as Hassel):

"You might know Hassel as a teacher who diligently watches over his students, but did you know he also has an emotional and cute side? Besides being a teacher, he's also one of the Elite Four, so I hope to express his passionate side as well. Look forward to Hassel's charming presence!"
