“Slayers” Unlocks 18 Soundtracks on Streaming & Season 4 Anime Free on YouTube – Megumi Hayashibara Says, “The Past Revives as the Present”

Beloved media-mix franchise Slayers has released 18 original soundtracks on global music streaming services starting today, while Season 4 of the anime, Slayers REVOLUTION, will stream for free on YouTube for a limited time.

A Nostalgic Revival for Fans Worldwide

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the original novel and the 30th anniversary of the TV series, soundtracks from 1995–1999 are now available, including classics like Get along and Never die. Megumi Hayashibara (voice of Lina Inverse) shared that music brings back the memories of watching Slayers, while creator Hajime Kanzaka humorously described the release as “music subscription shopping.”

Special Online Events for Fans

On September 17 at 20:00 (JST), a listening party will be hosted on Stationhead, featuring a special voice comment from Hayashibara. Additionally, Slayers REVOLUTION (13 episodes) will be available on the KING AMUSEMENT CREATIVE YouTube channel from September 12 at 20:00 until October 12 at 19:59, with a binge-watch premiere event scheduled for the launch date.
