Solo Camping for Two Episode 6 Story & Scene Cuts Released – The Action Gen Takes When He Doesn’t Want to Admit He’s Enjoying Camping with Shizuku

The synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 6 of the TV anime "Solo Camping for Two," currently airing on TOKYO MX and other networks, have been released. Titled "What Do You Do When You Go Camping?", Episode 4 will air on Thursday, August 15, at 24:30 on TOKYO MX and other channels.

Episode 6 Synopsis

Having bought a tent for solo camping and gradually assembled her camping gear, Shizuku was enjoying a “solo camping together” experience with Gen at a campsite overlooking the ocean. When Saya and Mizuki, who believed camping is only fun when done with others, asked her, “What do you even do when you camp alone?”, Shizuku couldn't come up with a good answer. Curious, she posed the same question to Gen, but he simply retorted, “Figure it out on your own.” As she wandered around the campsite, Shizuku began reflecting on why she chooses to go solo camping in the first place.

■Synopsis
Gen Kinokura, age 34.
A solitary camper who cherishes being alone, Gen was enjoying his usual solo camping trip.
However, by chance, he encounters Shizuku Kusano, a complete beginner to camping.
Though reluctant, Gen ends up doing a “solo camping together” session with Shizuku!?
What will become of Gen’s peaceful camping life...

Gen Kinokura (CV: Daiki Hamano)
The protagonist of the story. Age 34. A genuine solo camper who enjoys solitude.
While luxuriating in his alone time in nature, he unexpectedly encounters Shizuku, a type of woman he’s not comfortable with.

Shizuku Kusano (CV: Mizuki Niizaki)
The heroine of the story. Age 20. A beginner at camping.
After meeting Gen during her first camping trip, she asks to become his apprentice and proposes a "two-person solo camp."

Akihito Takigawa (CV: Youhei Azakami)
Gen's friend since high school.
Though they have a bit of a love-hate relationship, their mutual love for camping keeps them connected.
